Information we collect

When you join the Text Club, we collect your name, mobile phone number, consent choice, and signup date. We use this information to send the updates you requested and to manage the Text Club.

Anonymous app usage

When the Gus's Outback website is opened from a phone's Home Screen, we use a random device code to count app devices and app openings. We also record the general phone type and first and most recent app opening. This tracker does not collect names, phone numbers, email addresses, or precise locations.

Event notifications

If you choose to enable event alerts, your browser gives us an anonymous notification address and security keys used only to deliver Gus's Outback event notifications. We do not use an event-alert subscription to identify you, and you can turn alerts off from the Events page or your phone settings.

Text messaging privacy

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell your phone number or text-message consent.

Service providers

We may use service providers to operate our website and deliver messages on our behalf. They may only process information to provide those services and must protect it.

Reply STOP to any text to stop future messages. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact Gus's Outback through the contact information on our website.
